I am Dr. Juline Mosser, I a PhD in Clinical Sexology, where I specialized in understanding the intersections of women's hormones, intimacy, and mental health. My dissertation focused on rebuilding intimacy postpartum, which gave me a deep understanding of the psychological and relational impacts of hormonal changes after childbirth. During my doctoral studies, I also received extensive training on women's hormones across the lifespan, equipping me to address hormonal influences during key life transitions, including perimenopause, menopause, and the postpartum period. For the past 12 years, I've worked as a clinical practitioner in private practice, and am currently growing my own group mental health practice. My work is driven by a commitment to helping clients navigate hormonal changes and relational challenges with empathy and evidence-based care.

I am Dr. Sheena Ledford, I a PhD in Clinical Sexology with a focus on sex therapy and mental health. My doctoral studies included extensive training in reproductive health, sex, and sexuality education, equipping me to address key transitions such as puberty, perimenopause, menopause, and the postpartum period. With a professional background that spans fitness, operations, and mental health, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to my work. Over the past several years, I’ve dedicated my career to providing education, advocacy, and therapeutic support for clients experiencing challenges related to hormonal health and intimacy. I own a private practice in North Carolina and now co-own The Sexual Health Hub, where I work with Dr. Mosser to equip therapists with the tools to better support their clients through courses, connection, and resources.
